物化性质 | 糖酐酯为淡黄色粉末;有引湿性。水中易溶,乙醇、乙醚中不溶。6%水溶液为无色或淡黄色澄明液,pH为5-7.5。糖酐酯开始用作血浆代用品,后用于降血脂。它能提高纤维蛋白溶解系统的活力,防止纤维蛋白的沉积及抗凝作用;可有效地提高脂蛋白酶的活力,促进酯酶游离到血液中,分解乳糜微粒,澄清血脂;降低血清中总胆固醇含量,解除β-脂蛋白及纤维蛋白对血管壁的亲和力;可拮抗玻璃酸酶的作用,降低血管壁的正常代谢。糖酐酯片为糖酐酯的肠溶糖衣片,除去糖衣后,片心呈淡黄色。 |
